Training requirements tutorials

You only need 4 things to take the training:

1. A computer

2. Microsoft Windows

3. Internet Explorer (browser)

4. An Internet connection

Since the training uses screen shots and simulations, you do not need to have the actual software in order to take the training courses.

Note: The online computer training is designed to work only with Internet Explorer.

AOL Users:
If you use AOL, simply connect to the Internet using AOL, then minimize the AOL screen, and click the Internet Explorer icon before you go to TrainingCenter.com to login.

Firefox Users:
If you normally use Mozilla Firefox as your browser, then you will have to close it and open click the Internet Explorer icon before you go to TrainingCenter.com to login.
